Public Classes: You can cancel or reschedule your public class booking through your confirmation email up to 7 days before the class.

Private Events: Policy varies depending on how large the event is and if there are any special orders made or add-ons. In general, we advise that date and rough headcount should be finalized no less than one week before the event date. Additional people can be added up to 24 hours prior to the event.

Perfume-making is a delightful activity to do with young ones. We welcome all children as long as each child is accompanied by an adult. We ask that adults take responsibility for any distractions which may be posed by children for the rest of the class.

For private events, we are able to accommodate formula modifications with our perfumes. Please work with your event coordinator to ensure your specifications are able to be met. Please ensure all specifications are communicated no less than 10 days prior to the event, to ensure we are able to accommodate your requests.
